How does our retained service work?
For a fixed monthly fee you can utilise all of our expertise in your business, ensure that you are protected and that your employees have effective policies and procedures in place to protect them too.
Our Monthly Retained Service includes our help, support and assistance to ensure that the foundations of employment law are in place in your business and can be effective. This includes the review and drafting of your employment contracts, the review or implementation of an employee handbook, which incorporates all necessary policies and procedures such as sickness absence and disciplinary and grievance policies, among others.
On top of the review of your employment contracts, policies and procedures, we also offer you unlimited telephone and email support on any employment law issue from recruitment to dismissal and everything in-between.
In addition, we will attend your site to help you with any serious employment law problem which may have the potential to escalate into an employment tribunal. Employment tribunal legal costs (delivered by ourselves) are also covered from the beginning from the beginning of the service.
You will also have the opportunity to attend our regular employment law awareness course which means you will be up to date on all changes in current law.
Our Monthly Retained Service is one of our most popular services, mainly because you will have an HR department and an employment law firm all rolled into one, for a very reasonable monthly fee.
