Bespoke Employment law and HR Services
P4B Law is able to undertake any one off project work in connection with employment law or HR as required.
We have acted for many organisations over the years ranging from sole traders to multi-nationals. We also have considerable experience in the third sector, public sector and SME’s.
The below represents a small selection of the areas of law that we have dealt with in regards to one off bespoke work:-
- Restructuring and Redundancy;
- TUPE issues;
- Advising on exit agreements for staff;
- Director Service Agreements;
- Drafting of Contracts of Employment and Employee Handbooks;
- Reasonable adjustments with regards to disability discrimination issues;
- Conducting grievance and disciplinary investigations;
- Advising on whistleblowing issues.
Please contact us for a no obligation discussion on any employment law issue which you have ongoing.
One of our experienced employment lawyers would be more than happy to discuss the issues with you and offer some free initial advice and if appropriate an estimated cost for taking your issue forward.
How does our retained service work?
For a fixed monthly fee you can utilise all of our expertise in your business, ensure that you are protected and that your employees have effective policies and procedures in place to protect them too.
Our Monthly Service includes our help, support and assistance to ensure that the foundations of employment law are in place in your business and can be effective. This includes the review and drafting of your employment contracts, the review or implementation of an employee handbook, which incorporates all necessary policies and procedures such as sickness absence and disciplinary and grievance policies, amongst others.
On top of the review of your employment contracts, policies and procedures, we also offer you unlimited telephone and email support on any employment law issue, from TUPE to maternity leave.
In addition, we will attend your site to help you with any serious employment law problems which may have the potential to escalate into an employment tribunal. Employment tribunals are also covered from the beginning and we will tell you how many days at employment tribunal are included for the year.
You will also have the opportunity to attend our regular employment law awareness course which means you will be up to date on all changes in current law.
our Monthly Service is one of our most popular services, mainly because you will have an HR department and an employment law firm all rolled into one, for a very reasonable monthly fee.
What our clients say
At Edwards Coaches we have used P4B Law for our employment law advice and legal representation over many years.
This has included advice including contracts of employment, large scale TUPE transfers and occasionally employment tribunal representation. We have always found their advice to be commercially aware, providing answers which are aimed at resolving our issues as opposed to just giving us a text book response.
This is all delivered with a down to earth approach. We are aware that many companies of our size use the large well known national solicitor practices.
Our choice of using P4B Law is based on personal service, imaginative problem solving and lawyers who speak our language.
Why use P4B law?
Whilst other law firms offer a similar service to ours, we know that we have added benefits to our Retained Monthly Service that many other employment law firms do not offer.
These benefits are:
- We never tie you into a contract, and only require one month’s notice to end your Monthly Service
- We only deal with employment law at P4B Law, it is our speciality and we excel in it
- We cover South and West Wales and the South West of England too
- We provide ongoing training and support for your employment law needs
- You will never feel out of your depth again when it comes to an employment law matter as you will always have us on your side
- You have a named point of contact. We do not operate a call centre approach.
Monthly Service is an essential product for all businesses, no matter how big or small. Contact us now to see how we can help.
